You drop into Diamond Dungeon with a soft clink of gems and stone tiles sliding into place. It feels familiar, but not flat. This Match3 game takes the classic formula and gives it a dungeon twist, where every level asks you to clear paths, break obstacles, or collect specific diamonds. The pace is calm at first, which makes it a comfortable Casual pick, but it slowly tightens as move limits start to matter.

If you’ve played Jewel Shuffle or Hawaii Match 3, you’ll recognize the flow right away. The difference is in the goals. Clearing dirt and locked tiles feels closer to Treasures of the Mystic Sea, while the clean matches and blasts echo Match Blast and Funny Animals Match 3. Visually, it’s tidy and readable, leaning into a Bejeweled-style look without clutter.

Two small tips from my first session: Focus on matches near blockers. They open the board faster. Don’t chase special gems immediately. Let them form naturally as you clear space.
